IRB Tomato and its members are pleased to share data and resources that may strengthen and enable
research within the scientific community by making these resources available prior to publication
with the expectation that the community will not encroach on our efforts to analyze and publish.
Thus, by accepting the terms of this agreement and accessing the associated data, you are
agreeing not to publish whole scale analyses of the data sets to follow including the draft iTRAQ
Solanum species pollen and style proteome or draft 454 Solanum species pollen and style genome or
analyses of protein/gene families/genome structures/repetitive sequences, comparative analyses with
other organisms including other genomes, or other analyses such that they encroach and limit our
opportunity to publish the findings of our work.
The Fish Cassette for Mutagenesis construct, pFCM100, may be requested by contacting us directly.
Due to limitation in pFCM100 quantity, stock will be distributed to those demonstrating a sound
scientific request.
We invite members of the community to contact us regarding these data assemblies because they
have not been thoroughly examined or reviewed and thus may contain errors and should be considered
preliminary. The user should verify or validate any sequence that they suspect may be in error.
The data may be downloaded and used by those who agree to these terms of this release. It should
not be further re-distributed or publicly released. If the data are used in a publication, it
should be cited as:
- “iTRAQ pollen and style Proteome sequence data was obtained from the Interspecific Reproductive
Barriers in Tomato research group funded by the National Science Foundation”
- “454 pollen and style genome sequence data was obtained from the Interspecific Reproductive
Barriers in Tomato research group funded by the National Science Foundation”
or
- “Fish Cassette for Mutagenesis, pFCM100, was obtained from the Interspecific Reproductive
Barriers in Tomato research group funded by the National Science Foundation”.
